TOS-1 "Pinocchio— is a heavy multiple rocket launcher system based on the T-72 tank, which is in service with the Russian Army. 
It is intended for disabling lightly armored vehicles, arson, destruction of buildings and structures, as well as the destruction of enemy manpower located in open areas and fortifications. Destruction occurs by a field of high temperature and excessive pressure, which is created by the massive use of unguided rockets in thermobaric and smoke-burning equipment.
